• I have been working on Minneapolis’ oldest homes for 20 years.  There are very few things I haven’t seen or done on a single family home.
  • I hold both the State of Minnesota Master Plumber License and a City of Minneapolis Master Plumber Competency Card. I am also licensed and bonded to modify and repair natural gas lines.
  • Usually I’ll take between 10 and 20 minutes to evaluate and discuss your situation. When we have an agreement as to the scope of the proposed work, I’ll give you an estimate of the cost (see Pricing page). This evaluation may include the types of problems or additional work that may be encountered or required in the course of completing the job. If they don’t occur, you don’t get charged.
  • I will tell you what I think you need what you don’t. Many customers over years have expressed their appreciation for my clear and thorough explanations.
  • My work must be done in accordance with plumbing code. But in addition I will use plumbing best practices and what is the best value for you and your home. For instance I only use ball valves for shutoffs under sinks and behind toilets. These have an extraordinary lifespan compared to the common washer style shutoffs. Using high-quality parts eliminates a future service call, and only costs a few extra dollars.
