I work on repairing plumbing in older homes in these Minneapolis neighborhoods; Armatage, Bancroft, CARAG, Cedar-Isles-Dean, Cedar Riverside. Over the years I have encountered so many of the common plumbing devices in the homes in Central, Como, Cooper, Diamond Lake, East Harriet, East Isles, ECCO, Field, Fulton, and Hale that I carry parts in the truck for those old, but well made plumbing fixtures that can be repaired. It is familiar territory when I need to fix an old toilet or faucet in these other Minneapolis areas of Hiawatha, Howe, Keewaydin, Kenny, King Field, Linden Hills, Longfellow, and Lowry Hill. I find it a little amusing when callers try to inform me about the age of their house, when almost all of my work for the last 20 years has been repairing the plumbing and fixtures in the oldest homes in Minneapolis like in Lyndale, Lynnhurst, Minnehaha, Morris Park, Northrup, Page, Phillips West, Powderhorn Park, Prospect Park-East River, Regina, Standish, Tangletown, and Windom.
I also do plumbing repairs in these St. Paul neighborhoods; Highland, Macalester-Groveland, Merriam Park, Midway, St. Anthony Park (SAP), Summit Hill, Summit-University.
Compared to the old plumbing in the areas listed above, the nearby cities that I also serve; Bloomington, Edina, Richfield, St. Louis Park, and Hopkins I consider new because most of the plumbing pipes, faucets and toilets were installed after 1950!
